Setup or update Passenger to use Ruby Enterprise

Your current ruby must be Ruby Enterprise.
gem install passenger
passenger-install-apache2-module
Edit your httpd.conf according to the instructions provided at the end of the setup script.
Restart Apache: sudo service apache2 restart

This also works when you previously ran your Passenger using MRI. Just run the setup as described.
