Downgrade Bundler in RVM

Confusingly, RVM installs the bundler gem into the @global gemset, which is available to all gemsets and Rubies.

You can get around this and install a particular bundler version like this:

Copyrvm @global do gem uninstall bundler
rvm @global do gem install bundler -v 1.6.5
