When exporting to a folder, you can use a number of variables to determine the output folder.
Here are some examples:

Pictures folder, with a subfolder named like the filmroll$(PICTURES_FOLDER)/Darktable_exports/$(ROLL_NAME)/$(FILE_NAME)
With the color zones module you can change the lightness and saturation of certain colors.
It's important to use process mode: smooth otherwise the quality will be crappy.

I couldn't see a difference in the picture regardless if it was turned on or off.
The lens correction module also offers sliders for "TCA red" and "TCA blue". I haven't tried it yet as it couldn't find data for my lens.
You will have to create an image style which applies your logo. Then you can use this style when exporting.
