Max Swahn attended the University of Pittsburgh, Swanson School of Engineering. He graduated in 2018 with a degree in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management. He was attracted to math and science since his childhood.
At the University of Pittsburgh, Max Swahn was very involved. He was the VP of recruitment and Development for Students Consulting for Nonprofit Organizations (SCNO); the Pitt Barbell Club Business Manager, IE Departmental Seminar Leader, and a Bodybuilding.com Campus Ambassador. He was also an active member of the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) as well as the Treasurer for the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers (IISE).
Max Swahn also studied abroad in Florence, Italy during his junior year at The University of Pittsburgh. He was able to participate not only in engineering related activities, but was also fortunate to experience the incredible art and architecture of the country. One of the highlights that brought both worlds together was climbing inside the Dome portion of The Duomo di Firenze and seeing first-hand how this incredible architectural feat was accomplished.
Max Swahn is also dedicated to fitness and a healthy lifestyle, spending his spare time bodybuilding. He keeps himself healthy by eating right and working out regularly.
