Tariq Al Habtoor received much of his education and training in the United Kingdom. Formerly a student of Kingston University, Tariq Al Habtoor studied a number of subjects related to mechanical engineering, including kinematics, materials, control systems, fluid mechanics, programming, thermodynamics, applied math, pure math, machining, project management and more. During his time in the UK, Al Habtoor lived in such communities as Camberley, Flakwell Heath, Surbiton, Slough, Shadwell, and Knights Bridge.
