Build maildrop from source

Download the maildrop code here Show archive.org snapshot and follow the instructions in the INSTALL file. Carefully read the part about integrating with courier-authlib. Also, set the UID and GID properly when configuring (see this page Show archive.org snapshot and search for "Courier Maildrop")
